In Antioch, CA, Senior Moments is dedicated to supporting the nutritional and social needs of seniors aged 55 and older. Our program offers essential food assistance through grocery distributions, ensuring that older adults have access to healthy options. While we previously hosted communal lunches and engaging activities such as bilingual bingo and educational speakers, our focus has shifted to providing emergency food to meet immediate needs during these challenging times. Every month, groceries are available on the 1st and 3rd Fridays from 9:45 AM to 11:30 AM, creating a welcoming space for seniors to receive food and connect with others, fostering a strong sense of community and support.
