The Vance North Necessities of Life Program (NOLP) in Bell Gardens, CA, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and nutrition education to low-income individuals living with HIV/AIDS across Los Angeles County. Our mission is to alleviate hunger and enhance the quality of life for our clients through our weekly food pantries, where we offer pre-bagged groceries that include fresh dairy, frozen meats, fresh produce, as well as a variety of canned and dry goods. In addition to food, we provide essential hygiene items and cleaning supplies to support overall health and wellbeing. To access our services, clients must complete an annual NOLP Eligibility Assessment to receive a NOLP card, which serves as identification for program participation. We warmly welcome those in need, and if you are unable to shop personally, you may designate a friend to assist you with a simple note of authorization along with your NOLP card.
