Healthier Living, offered by the Partners in Care Foundation in Burbank, CA, is a vital workshop designed to empower individuals managing chronic health conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and cancer. This six-week program focuses on practical skills, providing evidence-based health and nutrition education that includes physical activity, nutritious eating, and relaxation techniques. Our mission is to support self-management, enhance quality of life, and foster community resilience among those facing health challenges. We also offer sessions in Spanish through our Tomando Control de su Salud program, ensuring accessibility for our diverse community. Participation in our workshops is free, although donations are always appreciated to help sustain our important work.
