About Vance North Necessities of Life Program (NOLP)

At Vance North Necessities of Life Program (NOLP) in Burbank, CA, we are dedicated to providing supplemental food assistance and nutrition education to low-income individuals living with HIV/AIDS throughout Los Angeles County. Our mission is to ensure that those in need have access to vital resources, including fresh dairy, frozen meats, produce, and essential hygiene and cleaning supplies, all distributed through our weekly food pantries at four accessible locations. To benefit from our services, clients complete an annual NOLP Eligibility Assessment to receive a NOLP card, which allows them to access the program efficiently. If a client is unable to visit us in person, a designated friend can shop on their behalf with the necessary documentation. We are committed to compassionate support and practical solutions to improve the well-being of our community.
