Located in Chico, CA, Minor Parent Services, a program of Northern Valley Catholic Social Service, is dedicated to supporting teenage parents and pregnant teens under 18 who are custodial parents and recipients of TANF. Our compassionate, voluntary program offers essential resources including comprehensive case management, education on infant health and development, nutrition guidance, and parenting and life skills training. We are here to empower young parents, helping them build a healthy and nurturing environment for their children while fostering their own growth and independence.
