MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Chico, CA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management options that suit their individual preferences. We offer a range of supportive services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a self-managed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to take control of their weight journey. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with overweight issues.
