About Vance North Necessities of Life Program (NOLP)
Vance North Necessities of Life Program (NOLP) is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and nutrition education to low-income individuals living with HIV/AIDS in Compton and the greater Los Angeles County. Our weekly food pantries offer a welcoming environment where clients can receive pre-bagged groceries, featuring fresh dairy, frozen meats, seasonal produce, and a variety of canned and dry goods, along with hygiene and cleaning supplies. To participate, clients must complete an annual NOLP Eligibility Assessment to ensure continued access to our services. Upon enrollment, clients are issued a NOLP card, which they use for identification during pantry visits. If you cannot shop personally, you may authorize a friend to assist you, making the process accessible and supportive.
