Located in Concord, CA, the Social Work Center is dedicated to uplifting low-income families by addressing their essential needs for housing, food, healthcare, and clothing. Our comprehensive services include case management, counseling, and personal document recovery, alongside an emergency and supplemental food program available to those in need. During these challenging times, we have adapted our operations to ensure safety while providing support, offering curbside services every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 AM to noon on a drop-in basis, with additional appointments available as required.
