CalFresh, also known as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), is dedicated to supporting residents of Costa Mesa, CA, by providing essential food assistance to those in need. Through our program, eligible individuals and families receive an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card, allowing them to purchase nutritious food at participating grocery stores, thereby improving their access to healthy meals.
