The Food & Commodities Program in Costa Mesa, CA, is dedicated to supporting senior citizens and families facing financial hardships by providing essential food assistance. Operating two days each month, beginning on the second Tuesday, we distribute vital food supplies sourced from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) to approximately 1,800 seniors. Additionally, every Friday, we offer surplus commodities to about 100 households in need, including 20 seniors, ensuring that everyone can access nutritious food to meet their basic dietary needs. We are committed to making a positive impact in our community through these essential emergency food services.
