The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in Costa Mesa, CA, is dedicated to empowering seniors to live independently while providing essential support and services tailored to their needs. Our comprehensive program offers nursing, personal care, physical and occupational therapy, medication management, recreational activities, and nutritional counseling. We aim to enhance the quality of life for our participants by also providing social services, home health care, and specialized medical care, including audiology, dentistry, and optometry. With additional services such as care coordination, transportation, and respite care, we ensure that our seniors have the necessary resources to thrive in their own homes.
