Project Chicken Soup is a dedicated non-profit serving the Downey, CA area and the greater Los Angeles community, providing essential food assistance to individuals living with HIV/AIDS, cancer, and other serious health challenges. Our mission is driven by compassion and inclusivity, as we prepare and deliver free, nutritious, kosher meals to those in need, regardless of their faith or background. Each delivery includes 10 freshly prepared meals, along with additional supply bags filled with nonperishable food items and toiletries, sourced through generous donations from local community members and supported by the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. We proudly serve neighborhoods across Los Angeles County, including Hollywood, West Hollywood, Silverlake, and beyond, ensuring that no one faces their struggles alone. For those residing outside our delivery zone, we welcome them to visit our kitchen to pick up meals. Together, we are making a tangible difference in our community through the power of food.
