Visions Unlimited’s Senior Support Program in Elk Grove, CA, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for low-income, homebound seniors aged 65 and above in high-risk neighborhoods throughout Sacramento County. Our mission is to empower older adults to stay in their homes safely and comfortably for as long as possible, helping to avoid costly housing transitions.
