Our program offers three nutritious, chef-prepared meals delivered to your home free of charge, ensuring that you and your dependent children have access to healthy meals all year round. Deliveries are scheduled on Tuesdays and Fridays within a convenient two-hour window that works for you. To join, a referral form must be completed by a healthcare provider, and we maintain ongoing communication to confirm eligibility every six months.
