Participation requires a referral from a healthcare provider, ensuring that our services are targeted to those who truly need them. However, please note that we cannot accept individuals living in facilities offering more than seven meals a week, those with significant cognitive or physical challenges that may hinder participation, individuals with a life expectancy of less than one year, or those with severe food allergies.
