We provide free home delivery of three nutritious meals each day, ensuring that our clients receive essential food assistance to meet their dietary needs. Our services extend to dependent children, reflecting our commitment to family support and community care. Eligibility requires a referral from a case manager, social worker, or physician, with ongoing communication to recertify services every six months.
