The Harbor House Emergency Food Box Program in Fremont, CA, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to low-income families in our community. Our mission is to ensure that every family has access to staple items and balanced, nutritious food, helping them meet their basic nutritional needs. We distribute emergency food boxes twice a month, on the second and fourth Tuesdays, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. To receive support, families are encouraged to schedule an appointment and bring their ID on their initial visit. We are here to help nourish our community and promote food security for all.
