At J-Sei in Fremont, CA, we understand the importance of nutrition and connection, especially for older adults. Our Home-Delivered Lunches program brings warm, delicious Japanese meals directly to seniors who may find shopping or cooking difficult. Operating Monday through Friday, our dedicated volunteer drivers ensure that each meal meets essential nutritional needs, and we also offer support for those recuperating from injury or illness. On weekends, seniors can enjoy the convenience of frozen meals to maintain a healthy diet. We believe in making these meals accessible, with suggested donations of $5 for individuals 60 and over, and $8 for those under 60, fostering a strong sense of community and care.
