North Fresno Mennonite Brethren is dedicated to serving the southeast Fresno community through vital food assistance initiatives. Established over 60 years ago, the organization runs bi-monthly food distributions, including a USDA-supported event and a member-purchased food giveaway. Additionally, they cultivate a community garden in collaboration with Fresno Interdenominational Refugee Ministries, promoting sustainability and self-sufficiency. This church plays a crucial role in alleviating food insecurity in a diverse community characterized by economic challenges, particularly during harsh winter months when many residents face unemployment. Engage with North Fresno Mennonite Brethren to discover their wide range of support services designed to uplift and nurture the local population.
