MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Fullerton, CA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually, connecting them with tailored weight management services that meet their individual needs and preferences. We offer various care options including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans who continue to struggle with overweight or weight-related conditions despite these efforts, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options.
