MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Hemet, CA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiative. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and to connect them with tailored weight management services designed to meet their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, telehealth support through TeleMOVE!, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans who may require additional assistance, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
