At the Food & Commodities Program in Huntington Beach, CA, we are dedicated to alleviating hunger by providing essential food assistance to those in need. Each month, we distribute USDA-provided food twice, beginning on the second Tuesday, ensuring that approximately 1,800 senior citizens receive the nourishment they require. Additionally, every Friday, we offer surplus commodities to support around 100 families, including 20 senior households facing financial challenges. Our mission is to ensure that every individual in our community has access to basic nutritional resources, creating a welcoming environment where everyone can thrive.
