The Mobile Food Trolley, operated by Community Action Partnership of Orange County (CAPOC), is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to low-income families in Huntington Beach and throughout Orange County, CA. Our innovative mobile food pantry, Clementine, strives to eliminate the stigma often associated with food pantries by bringing nutritious, healthy options directly to underserved areas and food deserts. We believe that access to quality food should be a community priority, and we focus on meeting the basic nutritional needs of families, especially those with young children.
