Care and Blue Shield Promise members, as well as the broader community, through a variety of free and engaging classes and essential services. Our mission is to keep individuals and families active, healthy, and well-informed while offering critical support such as emergency food assistance and a food pantry. With new virtual classes introduced weekly, we encourage our community to participate and stay connected, ensuring access to vital resources that promote holistic health and wellness for all.
