The Elderly Nutrition Program in Long Beach, CA, is dedicated to ensuring that seniors receive the nutritional support they need to thrive. This essential program offers a range of services including frozen meal delivery, frozen meal pick-up, and brown bag lunch pick-up, all designed to meet the dietary needs of our elderly community members. To register for the first time, seniors can visit a local site with a photo ID and complete the necessary paperwork, which typically takes about two weeks to process. We kindly suggest a donation of $2 for our services, while non-seniors are asked to contribute $4.75 for a congregate meal. We encourage all participants to reserve their meals at least one week in advance and come by at 9:30 am to collect their meal ticket on their designated pick-up day. Our mission is to promote health and well-being among the elderly through accessible, nourishing meals and compassionate service.
