Located in Madera, CA, the Trafficking and Crime Victims Assistance Program (TCVAP) is dedicated to supporting non-citizen victims of human trafficking, domestic violence, and other serious crimes with compassionate and culturally-appropriate services. Our mission is to help these individuals meet their immediate needs and equip them with essential skills for employment and self-sufficiency. TCVAP offers vital assistance, including cash aid, food benefits, employment services, and a variety of social services tailored to the unique circumstances of our clients. As a state-funded initiative administered by the Refugee Programs Bureau, we work closely with counties and stakeholders across California to ensure that eligible victims receive the help they deserve.
