In the heart of Merced, California, the Trafficking and Crime Victims Assistance Program (TCVAP) is dedicated to empowering non-citizen victims of human trafficking, domestic violence, and other serious crimes. Our mission is to provide culturally-sensitive and linguistically-appropriate services that address the immediate needs of our clients while equipping them with essential skills for employment and self-sufficiency.
