Located in Modesto, CA, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting families with children who have special health care needs. Our mission is to alleviate some of the financial burdens these families face by offering grants of up to $500 per family, per year. Our assistance can be utilized for essential medical expenses like prescriptions, treatments, and durable medical equipment, as well as non-medical costs such as home and vehicle modifications, clothing, and daily living expenses like food and utilities. We also understand the importance of travel for healthcare, and therefore, we offer support for transportation and lodging expenses related to medical visits. Each request is carefully reviewed in the order received, and we aim to provide a response within 15 business days. We are here to help lighten the load for families in our community, ensuring that healthcare needs do not become a financial hurdle.
