VETFAM, a dedicated program by Catholic Charities Diocese of Stockton, is committed to supporting low-income veteran families in Modesto, CA, who are facing homelessness or are at imminent risk of it. We provide comprehensive, wrap-around supportive services designed to empower these families during challenging times. Our offerings include rental assistance, utility payments, and child care assistance, along with essential transportation support. We also connect families to vital medical and mental health referrals, affordable health care, and food and nutrition assistance. Our mission is to ensure that no veteran family has to face the threat of homelessness alone.
