Located in Murrieta, CA, Food Assistance Program (FAP) is dedicated to providing vital nutritional support to individuals impacted by HIV and AIDS. Through our monthly food assistance initiatives, we ensure that our clients receive the nourishment they need to thrive. Our dedicated case manager oversees all aspects of food distribution, including the allocation of food vouchers and referrals to additional community food assistance providers. Eligible clients can access monthly food support based on their circumstances and available resources.
