Healthier Living, a program by Partners in Care Foundation located in North Hollywood, CA, focuses on empowering individuals to effectively manage chronic health conditions such as arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, lung disease, and cancer. Through a series of weekly workshops spanning six weeks, participants learn essential skills in physical activity, nutritious eating, and relaxation techniques, all designed to enhance their quality of life. Our evidence-based health and nutrition education is available at no cost, with donations warmly welcomed to support our mission. Importantly, the curriculum is culturally inclusive and provided in Spanish as Tomando Control de su Salud, ensuring that our resources are accessible to a diverse community seeking to take charge of their health.
