JFCS East Bay is dedicated to supporting low-income Holocaust survivors in Oakland, CA, who are facing the ongoing impacts of their past. Recognizing that many survivors lost their families and enduring significant hardships, we strive to fill the gap in financial security as they age. With an estimated 25 percent living in poverty, our mission is to provide vital financial assistance for essential needs including dental care, hearing aids, medications, glasses, food, and transportation. We understand the urgency of these needs and are committed to ensuring that our local survivors receive the compassionate support that respects their dignity and legacy.
