At Community Services in Oceanside, CA, we are dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our American Indian community through a comprehensive approach to health. Our mission focuses on safeguarding the physical, mental, and spiritual health of individuals by offering essential services such as transportation to health visits, outreach initiatives, community education, informal counseling, and social support. We proudly advocate for our patients and extend our services to seven East County Consortium Tribal members, including Barona, Campo, Ewiiaapaayp, Jamul, La Posta, Manzanita, and Viejas, as well as non-Consortium Native Americans and the broader non-Native community.
