Our service not only caters to the nutritional requirements of our clients but also extends meal deliveries to their dependent children, fostering a supportive environment for families. To access this vital program, clients must have a referral from a Case Manager, Social Worker, or Physician, with ongoing contact necessary for re-certification of eligibility every six months.
