In Ontario, CA, the Home-Delivered Meals program is dedicated to enhancing the lives of older adults in San Bernardino County by ensuring they receive proper nutrition and promoting their independence. Our Elderly Nutrition Program specifically targets those who are elderly, frail, and often homebound due to illness or disability. We provide well-balanced meals that deliver at least one-third of the Daily Reference Intakes, supporting better health and reducing feelings of isolation among seniors. While participation is encouraged, contributions towards the cost of meals are completely confidential, with all donations directly benefiting our Senior Nutrition Program to continue serving those in need.
