The MOVE! Weight Management Program in Oxnard, CA, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them to tailored weight management services that accommodate their unique preferences and needs. We offer a range of supportive options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer a more independent approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available.
