Vance North Necessities of Life Program (NOLP) is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and nutrition education to low-income individuals living with HIV/AIDS in Pacoima and throughout Los Angeles County. Our program operates weekly food pantries in four convenient locations, offering pre-bagged groceries that include fresh dairy, high-quality frozen meats, fresh produce, and a variety of canned and dry goods, as well as hygiene and cleaning supplies. To access these services, clients must complete an annual NOLP Eligibility Assessment, which enables them to receive a NOLP card for identification at our pantries. If you are unable to visit in person, you can authorize a substitute shopper by providing a note along with your NOLP card, ensuring that everyone in need has the support they deserve.
