Located in the historic Great Petaluma Mill building in downtown Petaluma, California, Wavelengths Sonoma (also known as The Mill) has been serving Sonoma County since its founding in 2020 by Warren Boyd, a Petaluma native. This Joint Commission-accredited facility specializes in helping clients struggling with alcohol and drug addictions as well as co-occurring mental health disorders through both intensive outpatient and standard outpatient treatment programs. The center distinguishes itself with its Alchemy Wellness approach, a holistic healthcare service designed to support positive behavioral changes in diet, activity, and mental health. This comprehensive program incorporates yoga, physical therapy, sound bath meditation, reiki, acupuncture, and whole food nutrition alongside evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, life skills training, and both group and individual counseling sessions. Uniquely, Wavelengths Sonoma also offers equine therapy to help adults build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
