Family Food Box provides essential food assistance to families in need throughout Rancho Cucamonga, CA, delivering nutritious meals directly to the doors of low-income families, seniors, and shut-ins. Each food box is filled with at least 25 wholesome meals, ensuring that those who are struggling have access to the nutrition they deserve. Beyond meal delivery, our program offers additional support services, including Bags of Hope for those in crisis, clothing assistance, addiction help, guidance for families, and spiritual support. To receive your free Food Box, simply fill out the Application Form and submit it by mail. Upon approval, you'll receive a City Mission ID, enabling you to order your food box online or by phone.
