Located in Redding, CA, the Olberg Wellness Center, part of Northern Valley Catholic Social Service, is dedicated to empowering individuals and families facing mental health challenges through low-cost or free services. Our member-directed wellness program focuses on recovery and resilience, offering a range of engaging activities such as life skills development, peer support, and trauma and grief counseling. We also provide arts and crafts sessions, medication education, and daily living skills workshops to support our members. We believe in a community-centric approach, collaborating with local organizations like Shasta Community Health, local food banks, and Shasta College to ensure comprehensive support for all participants.
