At the Health Education Center in San Bernardino, CA, we are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our community through a wide range of free health classes designed to equip individuals with essential knowledge and skills. Our program features sessions on Childhood Asthma Basics, Choose to Lose: Weight Loss 101, Chronic Disease Management, Diabetes Workshops, Eat Right for Life food demonstrations, Heart Health Workshops, and Stress Management.
