Based in San Leandro, CA, the Long-Term Disaster Recovery Program is dedicated to providing vital emergency services during recovery from disasters. Our mission centers on offering immediate support, including emergency shelter and emergency food assistance, to ensure individuals and families can begin their recovery journey. We work closely with local, state, and federal partners to design and implement long-term disaster recovery strategies that include restoration and rebuilding initiatives, disaster social services, and the distribution of in-kind donations to those affected.
