Recuperative Care is a dedicated initiative of the Illumination Foundation, based in Santa Ana, CA, committed to supporting the most vulnerable individuals transitioning from clinical settings into a safe and nurturing environment. Our transitional housing services cater to those who need ongoing medical oversight but are not reliant on advanced care facilities. We focus on preventing the exacerbation of health conditions for our clients—many of whom are combating acute, chronic, and sub-acute issues—by providing essential services such as room and board, medically tailored meals, personalized case management, substance use counseling, behavioral health support, housing navigation, and comprehensive medical care. With facilities located in Fullerton, Whittier, Sylmar, and Riverside, we warmly welcome clients from throughout Orange, Los Angeles, and Riverside Counties. Our mission is to break the cycle of homelessness and empower individuals through compassionate care and tailored support during their recovery journey.
