Brown Bag is dedicated to supporting low-income seniors in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties by providing essential food assistance. Twice a month, we distribute nutritious food bags filled with staples such as fresh fruits, vegetables, rice, bread, eggs, and chicken, ensuring that our seniors have access to healthy meals. To receive a bi-monthly grocery bag, pre-registration is required, and we invite those in need to connect with Food Connection for assistance. In response to the challenges posed by COVID-19, we have adapted our services to include curbside pick-up, making it easier and safer for our community members to access the vital emergency food they need. Brown Bag remains committed to serving our seniors with care and compassion.
