Located in Santa Clara, CA, the Reentry Resource Center is dedicated to empowering individuals who are formerly or currently incarcerated, under formal supervision, or facing pending criminal court cases. Our mission is to foster safe, supportive reintegration into the community through a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet unique needs. We offer vital assistance, including alcohol and drug treatment referrals, Cal Fresh food assistance, clothing, computer literacy training, counseling, and vital health referrals. Our programs also provide transitional case management, expungement services, and housing assistance.
