The Senior Nutrition Program (SNP), operated by the Ventura County Area Agency on Aging in Simi Valley, CA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of older adults by providing nutritious meals. Our services include both Congregate dining experiences and Home-Delivered Meals (HDM), ensuring that seniors can access healthy food options, regardless of their mobility or living situation.
