At Healthier Living in Sylmar, CA, we empower individuals to take control of their health through practical workshops focused on essential skills like physical activity, nutritious eating, and relaxation techniques. Our mission is to support those living with chronic conditions such as arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, lung disease, and cancer by providing evidence-based health and nutrition education. Our free six-week sessions are designed for individuals to learn and apply effective self-management strategies, and we are proud to offer these workshops in Spanish as Tomando Control de su Salud. While there is no cost to attend, donations are warmly welcomed to support our ongoing efforts.
