MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Temecula, CA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them to personalized weight management services that align with their individual preferences. We offer a variety of care options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-guided weight management. For Veterans who require additional support, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
