MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Tracy, CA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity each year, ensuring access to personalized weight management solutions that cater to individual needs and preferences. Participants benefit from a variety of options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Additionally, Veterans can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management, or explore weight loss medications and bariatric surgery if they continue to face challenges.
