Insight Treatment Program provides specialized mental health services for teenagers aged 13-19 across five locations in the Los Angeles area. The program addresses a range of conditions including depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD, as well as behavioral challenges like self-harm, addictive behaviors, aggression, and isolation. Their intensive outpatient program (IOP) allows teens to receive treatment while continuing school and living at home. The treatment approach at Insight takes place in a creative clubhouse environment designed to help teens feel comfortable, build positive peer relationships, and engage in personal growth. Each location features transformed warehouse spaces equipped with video games, foosball, ping pong tables, and workout areas. After school, participants engage in 3-4 hours of intensive therapy through various evidence-based modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, art therapy, gestalt therapy, 12-Step facilitation, meditation, mindfulness, and family counseling. Recognizing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on teen mental health, Insight offers free virtual resources and Zoom meetings for parents and select private schools. Their comprehensive approach focuses on empowering teens through personal growth and life skills development while providing support for the entire family. The program is CARF-accredited and accepts most private insurance plans, making quality mental health care accessible to families throughout the Los Angeles region.
